A network for organisations
helping people in crisis.
The CrisisConnect Network connects community organisations — sharing tools, referrals, and insight to help more people, more effectively.
Three things the network makes possible
No organisation is stronger alone. Together, they can do something none of them could do individually.
Connects organisations
Referrals flow between member organisations with consent. A person helped by one org can be referred to another — seamlessly, safely, and with a full record of their journey.
Shares tools
Member organisations access the CrisisConnect platform at network rates. Operational tools for sessions, members, volunteers, events, safeguarding, grants, and more.
Generates insight
Anonymised, aggregated data across all member organisations gives councils and funders a real-time picture of community need — without adding to organisations' reporting burden.
Community organisations
Food pantries, digital inclusion organisations, community centres, advice services, befriending services — any organisation working directly with people in crisis.
- Access the platform at network membership rates
- Connect with other organisations for referrals
- Contribute to the regional dataset that evidences your impact
- Be part of something bigger than your own organisation
Councils & funders
Local authorities, combined authorities, grant-making bodies, and commissioners who need a consistent, real-time picture of community need across their area.
- Regional intelligence without burdening organisations with extra reporting
- Consistent KPIs across all funded organisations
- Evidence for commissioning and grant decisions
- Real-time rather than annual data
Member organisations use the CrisisConnect platform
CrisisConnect Network connects member organisations to the platform. CrisisConnect Limited builds and maintains the software.
The platform is modular — each strand is a standalone operational tool. Organisations use what they need.
- digiConnect — digital inclusion sessions and volunteer management
- foodConnect — food pantry management and member tracking
- memberConnect — community membership and SMS communications
- safetyConnect — safeguarding, DBS tracking, and incident logging
- eventConnect, volunteerConnect, grantConnect, donorConnect, and more
Running at the Breadshed, Bridlington
New Pasture Lane Community Centre (NPLCC) has been running foodConnect at the Breadshed food pantry since February 2025. Over 300 households registered, nearly 4,000 visits recorded — and funder reports that used to take hours now take seconds.
NPLCC is the first member of CrisisConnect Network and a founding member of the CIC.
"The sector deserves better. CrisisConnect Network exists to make sure every community organisation — regardless of size or budget — has the tools and connections they need to help people in crisis."Adam, Co-founder — CrisisConnect & Lets Tech Together
